About

Akif is a freelance lifestyle and travel photographer based in Singapore. His journey as self-taught photographer and filmmaker began when he found the love for photography through Instagram in early 2012. 

He has always been inspired by his surroundings and takes it all in before translating those moments into photography and film. Content creation is his outlet of creativity where he escapes the real world and enter his own perceived world. 

In 2018, when he joined The Travel Intern, the passion for travel photography and filmmaking grew. He travelled to countries he never imagined of visiting, all in the name of content creation. And he doesn’t intend to stop travelling anytime soon.
